Our Story

Honoring the legacy of Peter Festus (1943–2018)

PF Place is a community-centered care facility created in loving memory of Peter Festus (PF). His life was dedicated to serving others through the church and supporting the elderly as well as individuals with mental and physical challenges.

Inspired by his compassion, PF Place continues his legacy of care, dignity, and community support. Located at 537 Old Point Avenue, Hampton, VA 23663.
